The
project consists of four 3-story apartment buildings
arranged on a 9.66 acre site. The buildings will
provide living accommodations for a total of 503
upper level undergraduates. Each apartment will
contain single and double occupancy bedrooms,
a living room, an eat-in-kitchen, and two full
bathrooms. Site amenities include a perimeter
roadway and parking areas, as well as a network
of paths and sitting areas designed to connect
all buildings. This project has been scheduled
on a fast-track basis, and is due for completion
in 2001. |
